The 5-Week Build Sprint

Format: Live Online (M–F) • Support: Daily Tech Assistants + 1:1 Mentors We combine high-level strategy with hands-on building.

• Week 1: The "Zero-to-One" Opportunity
  Stop looking for "ideas." Look for problems. Identify a specific gap in the market and define the user who needs your solution.
• Week 2: Solution Architecture
  Design the mechanics. Map out the user journey and determine how AI (Computer Vision, NLP, etc.) makes your product 10x better than the competition.
• Week 3: The Build (MVP) Get your hands dirty.
  With daily help from our Tech Development Assistants, you will build a functional prototype and launch a professional landing page.
• Week 4: The Business Model
  Validate the business. Structure your pricing, define your "moat" (IP Strategy), and prepare your go-to-market plan.
• Week 5: The Investor Pitch The Main Event.
  Master the art of the 60-second pitch. Present your startup live to Silicon Valley VCs, receive hard-hitting feedback, and defend your business.
